"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great! Our pullout sofabed was in bad condition and very uncomfortable. The noise in the room was also loud from other guests so it was hard to rest. The hot tub jets are also not working well and in need of repair."

"Dirty everywhere. Dirty room, dirty pool, dirty halls. This place is very dated and smells of cat urin. The carpet in our room was bubbling and grimy. The “breakfast” was a selection of bread, hard stale waffles and hard boiled eggs plus a handful of yogurt. The coffee was empty and after 30 minutes we made ourself a pot cause no one else had. Additionally they have people sleeping on the couches in the lobby, not sure why but it was very unprofessional and made it uncomfortable for guests to use that space. Went to the pool, we understood it was busy but there was a huge group causing a ruckus and walking around with open liquor in the pool. The kids of that group were rushing ten at a time down the slide, so dirty, overcrowded, chaos. Would not recommend this place to anyone. "

"Got upgraded which was nice, however the wear and tear is visible in this hotel, paint peeling things like that. Nothing over the top bad, comfy bed. Hottub wasn’t super hot, no towels in the pool area first thing in the morning. And with the construction happening, bit of a pain coming and going. Hop, skip and a jump from lots of shopping options and great food. Easy access to the highway, considering the construction. "

"Overall, the service was great & I would stay here again. The room was spacious and clean. …Efficient, friendly staff. The pullout guest bed could have been made up in a more tidy manner. The main bed was excellent. I would have preferred less disposable dishware with the breakfast service (otherwise, a satisfying breakfast service). Thanks Comfort Inn!"

"we specifically stayed here as they have a pool and hot tub they were not very big and there was 3 groups of kids staying there the pool area was packed and we were unable to use it the area shut down at 10:00pm I asked if we could go in there for an hour after 10:00 they said no.I felt that they should have shut down pool and hot tub to the kids at 9:00 and given the adults an hour to themselves "

"Pond outside made it very peaceful staff was great. Mountains beautiful as always. Being woken up by ducks is always great unfortunately with hotels comes unexpected situations and woken up on a Sunday morning at 6:50am by the next door kids playing with the door between rooms wasn't on my bingo card for the morning. "The room itself was great, however it was VERY loud. I was travelling for work, and found myself right next to the hot tub room, across from the ice machine, 1 room past the lobby, and next to a room of partiers. The walls are paper thin. "
