I checked in went to my room for about an hour and I use 1 towel to clean my face then I left for 2 hours came back around 9 or 10 pm and someone was in my room while I was gone because all of the towels were wet dirty and on the floor and they also took the toilet paper

When I arrived they had the sign up, not accepting guests. This the second time I booked and they cancelled the reservation.
