It was okay first off i shouldn't be checking in and hear about a another customer issue on the phone with front desk second as going to my room i video my room of everything I see that wrong. 3rd the TV channel is not how itshow on the tv and brochure in the room.

Thieves were casing my car while I was trying to check in. The hotel is a mess. They couldn't find luggage carts to load in luggage. I literally drove away rather than check in.
