"There was no remote in our room for the tv. We had to come down to get one. It would have been nice to ahve someone bring it up, instead of noricing at 9pm that there were no remote abd having to dress and go downstairs."
"Difficult to be in touch with the property manager (wrong cell phone was provided), and the wifi wasn't working well. However, the price was reasonable, it was a short walk to the Metro, a relatively quiet and warm room, a comfortable bed, and hot shower. There is also a kitchen available."

"We rented 2rooms for the weekend. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. No in-house cleaning service while there, not a big deal if you only stay 2 nights but for longer stays would be nice to have extra towels, Staff was pleasant. A bit far from downtown Montreal."
"The hotel is located in heart of the city. The cost is reasonable. The staff are friendly and the checkin checkout process was hassle free. Only con to staying here is the availability of limited parking onsite. If you check in late, then you are not guaranteed and overnight paid parking is not easily available."

"Love this hotel. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The hotel is nice. The rooftop pool and sauna were impressive. We ate their breakfast, dinner and room service, their restaurant food were good and prices are reasonable. Not many food choices surrounding the hotel but transportation was very convenient with the central station and Metro right next door. I would go back. Just ask for the renovated rooms."
