“I love this hotel, so let me start there. I stayed in 2023 in a room facing the water, and even though it was a little noisy, things quieted down by 11 PM and I had no issues. This time, my room faced the street side, near the restaurants, shops, and what turned out to be a nearby club or bar. Starting at 11 PM, the noise was already hard to deal with. By 1 AM on Saturday, the music was so loud I couldn’t sleep, so I called the front desk. They said they’d leave a note for management and……

It was around the corner from Notre Dame Basilica and the perfect place to stay for our first visit. Metro was close as well as museums, shops, lively nightlife and delicious cafes. Freshly made biscuits/scones are delivered each morning with juice and were delivered to the door which made our visit very special.”

“Travelers, as mentioned in other reviews this place is amazing. We spent 4 days and it is literally around the corner from all the sites you want. Clean, helpful and beds were good. I was impressed on the service because after the first night, they texted me to ask how everything was and if there was anything they could do to make the stay more pleasant. Super impressed. Then to top if off, they offered free fresh morning croissants that you can grab in the lobby. Will come back again. ……

“Front desk closed early for some reason, but check in instructions were clear. Breakfast staff was wonderful, attentive and friendly. Most annoying issue was I had left an item in my room and called the front desk but got no answer so I left a message. After a few hours I tried calling again with no answer.so we stopped by anout 2pm. The lobby door was locked and no one at the front desk. We finally got the maintenance lerson's attention who helled me get my item. She said front desk should have……
