Here’s authentic Old-Western charm loaded with fun-filled appointments. This cowboy casita is nestled up against the Hassayampa Nature Preserve. One of (3) casitas featured at Rio Tierra Casitas. The kitchen features a large farm-style sink, vintage stove and refrigerator. The kitchen has everything you'll need to cook up your favorite cowboy meals. (Whisky and pork & beans not supplied) You’ll bunk on a Queen-size log-bed. Enjoy a Texas-sized shower in a tin-panned stall. Open up the back door to your private Cowboy Zen patio. This casita offers parking for one car/pick-up - Sorry, no oversize vehicles or trailers.

The speed limit on our property is 2-MPH. We have narrow gravel driveways - 2-MPH is also for the safety of our guests.

Awesome accommodations

Cute & Cozy

We loved the little cabin. We stayed in the rancho deluxe and it had all the amenities you could want plus some very well thought out western decor. The host Mark was top notch and even offered to take us on a tour of the property. Sadly we had somewhere to be so we couldn't take advantage but we may next time we stay! The only downside to this property is the busy road it sits on as it made it a little more difficult getting in and out of the driveway. This will not stop us from coming back again though! Would definitely recommend!

Heavenly Rustic Hacienda

We had the best time here. We will definitely be back. The hosts are super nice. The location is a bit tight for a Dually, but they were very accommodating and made room for us. Highly recommend this place.

As Adevertised- Secluded Private Spot

The western theme was brilliantly executed in all its details. All one could want was provided. One suggestion only- the only spot to hang clothes was full of additional linens/pillows. Maybe find another spot to hang clothes, . The hat rack wasn't quite enough. Also, please inform guests that the entrance and exit from Highway 60 is tricky. Cars are moving fast and extreme caution is necessary.

Great Western place to stay

This was our second stay in Rancho Deluxe casita. If you want to stay at a place that reminds you of the old West and always clean, this is it! Lots of Western accessories and art. Seating at the front and private back porches for relaxation. All the bathroom and kitchen essentials for your stay. Best of all, Mark and Laura made us feel welcome and right at home. Prompt response to our inquiries, and attended to any of our post arrival needs right away. As former VRBO condo owners, we appreciate their excellent level of service. We will be staying there again.

Desert Oasis

Our little casita was loaded with an amazing collection of cowboy kitsch and our hosts couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating, not to mention the fact that they are both outstanding professional musicians with a love for sharing their music. The grounds surrounding our casita were populated with beautiful dessert plants, and fun details that made our stay even more memorable. The casita was clean, cozy and the perfect refuge from the heat of the day. This hidden gem, tucked away in a literal dessert oasis is a 5 star++

Nostalgic Cowboy Casita was perfect

Location, hosts, history and casita were all great. This property is just what we were looking for. Everything we needed was there and the casita was loaded with charm. We will definitely stay here again.

GREAT Rancho Deluxe

This property was outstanding , cute , well decorated , extremely clean , owners are fantastic people. We would highly recommend this VRBO. They have all the extras that make it a perfect spot. A nice, clean, well maintained casita. Very secluded given its proximity to Hwy 60. Traffic on Hwy 60 sometimes made leaving difficult.

Best Of Three

We had rented two units and this one was the best in terms in space, lighting, seating, kitchen, parking, & outdoor space. We started off rough; wasn't clear where to park and the host introduction was correcting us on where to park rather than 'welcome and thank you for renting two units'. He realized this quickly and changed course. Gave us the run down on the property and went thru each unit with us. Owners/hosts were attentive and gave us our privacy. Location is next to a 4 lane hwy but we never found that to be an issue. We did find plenty to do in the area, and thoroughly enjoyed the indoor/outdoor time at the property. We found this unit to be well stocked for Basic living. Wish there had been a Keurig. Coffee pot was inconvenient. Over all we'd come back and recommend this property.
