“The property was rated very highly and that's why we decided to stay there. The design of the building is unusual with curves in the external facade and curved walls in the larger internal spaces. This means that the rooms are not rectangular, at least the one we were in. This made the space less practical. The bathroom was very small with almost no space around the sink for our toiletries. But the worst part for us was that the air conditioning was not working. We checked in late and did……

“I stay here 3 day 2 night. First was starting great front desk was nice, in the morning I was pumping , the door was open from the cleaner, ask are you leaving??? But that is very I'm professional and no privacy. How can you open the door, but 2nd morning they do the same thing again. I don't think it is okay. This really need to change it. The 2nd day end up they didn't clean the room or provided any thing change , I was trying to request in the front desk. It takes me to call them and wait……

“Check-in was delayed 3 hours, along with many more guests being delayed. I was supposed to be compensated or reimbursed and nothing has happened yet. I spoke to an Expedia representative last Sunday. Needless to say I am not pleased”
