“We have just returned from a long road trip from southern US to northern atlantic Canada. We stayed in dozens of hotels along the way. Frankly, this hotel was the best of them all. It's like every aspect was configured by designers who knew what people really needed after traveling. The staff were great. There was a glass of wine and chocolate chip cookies greeting us when we stepped into the lobby. Fresh filtered water machine also in the lobby. The room was very well appointed. The……

“Very nice and clean hotel, the staff all around amazing and very helpful, we had a few things not go as planned but hotel staff was exteremly helpful and compensated us for the duration of our stay, if you become a member which I recommend you do, you get a lot of perks while staying and in the future, hotel staff cleaned our room every day.”

“Everything was great except breakfast wasn’t included”

“Nearby Train Station and rail crossing requires trains approaching to sound their horn while approaching railroad crossing. Commuter trains run about every hour and quite late and start early in the morning. Earplugs are suggested for staying in rooms near the north end (facing the Convent Station) of the building. Breakfast in the morning is most enjoyable in tje main lobby area setting.”

“I stay here 3 day 2 night. First was starting great front desk was nice, in the morning I was pumping , the door was open from the cleaner, ask are you leaving??? But that is very I'm professional and no privacy. How can you open the door, but 2nd morning they do the same thing again. I don't think it is okay. This really need to change it. The 2nd day end up they didn't clean the room or provided any thing change , I was trying to request in the front desk. It takes me to call them and wait……
