"When I arrived apparently a sweet women was helping out because someone had walked off the job. She didn’t know everything and she apologized. She did the best she could. The next day there was a Caucasian women with glasses behind the desk and she was by far the rudest woman I probably ever come across in a hotel. I will never return. The rooms were ok. The pillows are horrible the carpet and furniture were very dirty."

"The hotel is nice and well located but it is expensive and there is no free breakfast or free parking, no microwave in the room, no free wifi and housekeeping happens whenever or not at all. You can’t use a cart without someone ( who was very nice) having to bring it to your room and take it downstairs for you…. Why?"

"The room was in terrible shape. Scuffs on walls spackle patch on ceiling bathroom wallpaper peeling off the wall. Holes in the lamp shades. Hairs in the bed. I would stay clear of this location. We had 3 couples stay the night and all the rooms had similar situations as well. I hate leaving bad reviews so please take this as a fair warning."

"The was mold in the rooms . The room wasn’t really cleaned . The towels and rags weren’t white . The evening staff on Friday night is very rude the young lady . I Told her I had an emergency and had to leave I would like to have the receipt she said to me I can’t give it to you because I still have to change you for the night. I then explained to her that was fine she proceeded to say that I scheduled my reservations through a third-party, then printed the receipt."
