"One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Avoid at all costs! No hot water in the entire hotel all weekend for the 3 days I was there. Key card system wasn’t working my entire 3 days there so everyone had to reset their key at the front desk every time they returned. Front desk personnel was completely disinterested and couldn’t assist with anything. Free “breakfast” was bread or apples - that’s it. Mold in the rooms. "

"The staff were soooooo BOMB! They were so welcoming and professional. They provided us with good laughs and had that place moving like a well oiled machine during the Cardi B concert. I will definitely stay there again. There concession area was awesome as well."

"Came in for the Cardi B concert. The staff were very nice and helpful from the beginning. The lobby and room was beautiful! The breakfast was hot and good! I would deff stay again, it was so close to the CFG area! Thank you to Kevin and Shaktira (sorry if spelled wrong). They were soooo pleasant and welcoming! "

"First, I’d like to say the staff was great—no complaints there at all. Everyone was kind, helpful, and welcoming. However, the room itself was subpar. I understand this location is an older bank converted into a hotel, and while I can appreciate the nostalgia and character, it still felt very much like an old building in ways that impacted comfort. The carpet appeared extremely dirty, and the drapes did not seem clean. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the kitchen area, particularly when opening the dishwasher and drawers. Additionally, the beds were uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s rest. On a positive note, the breakfast was great and definitely appreciated. Unfortunately, I booked two nights through a third party but only stayed one night. The overall cleanliness and comfort of the room made it feel grimy, so I chose to check out early and move to another hotel. I give it 2 stars, unfortunately. "
