Nice Hilton in a great location but supe pricey and parking is an absolute nightmare at $55 a day. We ended up parking across the street for $45 a day. Room was nearly $300 a night and we had a view of the parking garage. However it was clean and the bathroom and shower were big. Check in was long ...
Staff was very polite and receptive. Gave us each a glass of wine at registration and a bag of popcorn. Hotel was very quite and had great coffee in lobby in the mornings .
We've stayed here 3 times over the past couple of years. It's a great location with convenient parking across the street and is walking distance to Union Square. It does not have room service, but Jasper's downstairs is an ok bar and grill. The rooms are clean, but are starting to show their age. ...
This was an OK Hotel but it was on the Pricey side for value. The room was comfortable but small for the price they were charging for this hotel. It's also a valet price daily of 35.00 and self parking is only a 5.00 price diff for valet. Not sure what that's about. Hotel parking should be free if ...
Avoid the queen bed room if possible very small room
Too long a wait to check in with so many staff working at 8 pm Sunday night. Place was not that busy and 5 people on line waiting to check in. Not a big deal but unnecessary. Also, restaurant staff terrible at breakfast. No service at my table.
My SF experience was great. The only disappointment was we never were allowed to go up to the 36th floor to see the beautiful views that were talked about.
This is a really great hotel. The staff are incredibly nice and because they were doing some renovations, they gave us 50% off parking which was really nice and we didn't even ask. The rooms were gorgeous, comfortable and clean with great views.
Clean but service levels low. Requested extra towel and wine glasses for two days, never came. Overall a clean and good hotel for just sleeping. Good location. Free water bottles were great!
