This tiny coastal hamlet offers a perfect crescent of sand for beachcombing and spectacular tide pools at low tide. Hike the nearby Coastal Trail in Golden Gate National Recreation Area for panoramic views of the rugged Pacific shoreline.
Samesun is a great place to stay! Very clean, staff is helpful and courteous, feels safe and really nice that they have off-street parking. Amenities are limited as expected, but if you're cool with just the basics you'll have a great stay :)

We stayed in a private dorm for 6. The beds and the bathroom were nice. The kitchen and outdoor patio were a nice amenity. Overall it was a very pleasant experience! I will recommend this place to all my friends traveling to the San Francisco area!

Great location with a nice breakfast spread that is free every morning. The people who stayed there as well as the staff were super friendly. They also offer nightly activities for the guests. I saw lone travelers stay there as well as families. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a great location and save some money.
