“The staff are very friendly. Housekeeping is a bit spotty. I would expect a small bottle of milk for my tea and Nespresso coffee, not some cheap creamer powder. And that was not replaced consistently. I had to leave note. And the hotel itself is not designed or updated to be handicapped friendly or accessible. Which in this day and age, and at this price point, is just not right. Still, and apart from the above notes, it is a nice hotel in a convenient location.”
“Highly recommended. Definitely a good choice to stay in old town Amsterdam with friendly local Dutch host and staffs. Most sightseeing places are walking distance. Characteristic decorated bar and tables. Delicious breakfast. Room windows can open and enjoy the sun light, fresh air and canal view. Free minibar refreshes everyday. Yeah, stairs are steep but I find it fun and good experience.”
