"櫃檯人員英文非常好，很親切，早餐雖然品項簡單但是都不錯，飯店位置非常棒，一出門就是水壩廣場，不管去哪裡都很方便，位置簡直100分， 只是入口處跟房間內有三階的階梯，需要搬一下行李。房間內沒有熱水瓶，空間算大，可以打開兩個大行李 下次去阿姆斯特丹會再考慮住在這裡。 只是，晚上比較吵，會有喝酒的人講話很大聲，淺眠的人要注意，我很好睡所以沒有什麼影響"

"The staff was extremely helpful from the minute I checked in( I checked in at 9am but they still gave me a room as they knew I have a 13 hours flight and nn need for me to wait till 3 pm, very considerate). The restaurant and cafe they recommended are excellent and very patient to explain me the direction. The only little thing is the bathroom floor, there was a dirty, sticky finger prints on the floor. Didint know why they were there and it’s too obvious that they shouldn’t have missed it."
