- Free standing 2 bedroom, 2 bath Myrtle Beach vacation cottage located just off "Shore Drive" in the Guest Cottages community. Quiet, safe, and family friendly neighborhood, located approx. 100 yards/ .2 miles from the beach. The Guest Cottage community has 3 private neighborhood pools for guests to use.
This cottage features covered parking for 2 vehicles. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, a spacious family room, laundry room, and kitchen (kitchen tools and appliances well stocked for cooking meals at home). The exterior amenities include a covered front porch, a lower level patio with picnic table and swing. The cottage has an outdoor storage room (stocked with beach and pool related items), a grill for outdoor use, and an outdoor washing area. The cottage is SMOKE FREE and NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
Located in the “Shore Drive” area, between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. This area is commonly known as Restaurant Row. Convenient access to Hwy 22 and Hwy 31, 20 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, minutes from Downtown Myrtle Beach and the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. The cottage is in close proximity to several major shopping centers, restaurants, theme parks, and golf courses.
You'll be within walking distance for the following: The Apache Pier, Ocean Annie's Beach Bar, River City Cafe, Flip Flops Bar and Grill, Don't get it Twisted, Harry & The Hats, Finn McCools and many more local shops.
