It is connected to a new commercial centre - Riverside square. Providing exemplary services such as offices, co-working spaces, restaurants and coffee shops Riverside commercial block provides convenience to guests. It's also a safe walking distance and great for an easy commute. It is equipped with a large gym and two swimming pools (one rooftop pool with a city view and one garden pool with sunbeds). The space The apartment has 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. There is a full kitchen and dining and a large bright living room with a comfortable couch and smart TV. In the evening you can enjoy the sunset from the balcony. The apartment comes with a washing machine and cleaning services every 4 days. It also has an easy access to taxi/uber/bolt services and is within a walking distance to shopping and dining options. It's a quick 15-minute drive to the UN headquarters and a 5-minute drive to Sarit Centre and Westgate shopping malls.
