“There were stains on the sheets and pillow cases when we got into our room. One of the top bunk beds was very stained and looked like it had just been flipped over, so whoever sleeping on the bottom could just see a huge stain. A roach also actually crawled out of the microwave (can’t make this up). It also doesn’t mention on the website that if you are under 21 they will make you pay 100 dollar deposit in case you don’t leave the room in good shape, which is kind of crazy given the fact it was……

“The room itself was nice and clean, but old. The bathroom had a lot of mold and mildew around the edges and doors. Shower handles need replacing (very loose). Toilet felt like it might break (bad seat or install). A saw one large roach and a few smaller bugs crawling on the floors. The beach and ocean was nice. Excellent sunsets! Wish my room had a balcony facing the beach, but it didn't. Check-in was chaotic, with long lines. Needed more staff and maids to service the rooms. Overall, a 2.5……
