"The RITZ Carlton, Saint Thomas. Amazing, memorable, fun and an everlasting experience. The best decision I have made about travel accommodation, in decades. This year, it was my wife's 50th and I wanted to surprise her with something unique and different. We also have 2 small children, ages 7 & 10. The Ritz Carlton was my immediate pick. Our philosophy is that if you travel somewhere unknown with small children, choose the best there is to avoid ugly surprises, disappointments or anguish. Do not penny pinch or fool yourself into thinking that you are some sort of a travel magician. I have tried that in the past, looking for deals, cut corners. . .and it turned out 50/50 in terms of excitement vs. disappointment. The Ritz Carlton Brand delivered what it is known for, worldwide. The moment we pulled into the Ritz Carlton with our rental car, the staff was extremely attentive, welcoming, happy and excited to see us. The Bellmen drove us with their golf cart to the section of the resort that is called CLUB LEVEL. Club Level is an all-inclusive accommodation, with complementary meals, beverages, specialized service, any sports gear you can possibly think of. It is a must do for anyone that expects being pampered, kick up their feet and truly forget about everything. The people, the staff, the elevated class in service, the attention to detail is what we will always remember. Every team member from concierge to service staff held the utmost professionalism. "This VRBO was simply incredible. It had every amenity we could possibly need, the location was phenomenal. It was spacious and clean. The owners as well as the property manager, Tara were simply incredible. Towards the end of our stay, a category five hurricane landed just offshore. Our flights were canceled and they had no problem extending our stay at a reduced rate. They did everything they could to help us out throughout our visit and after. I can’t speak highly enough of Tara and the owners. They answered any question we had, promptly took care of several small issues we needed taken care of and gave us lots of great advice to make our stay amazing."

"Really enjoyed my stay close to ferry and all staff was so polite and gave great recommendations to dining and places to visit . Even though hurricane Erin made an appearance the staff was very assuring. I felt safe . All the staff at front desk was great wish I could remember all there names but I do remember Khadijah, I would definitely stay there again !!!! "

"We booked this condo for 5 nights and ended up extending our vacation because this property was so lovely! The check in process was so easy, we had everything we needed and Tara the property manager was so very responsive and accommodating. The pool on the grounds was very clean and nice and they beach was clean,inviting and never crowded! We travel to St. Thomas yearly and will for sure be coming back to this location in the future! "

"Stayed here with friends in July of 2025. Felt like it was a bit risky since there weren’t a lot of reviews yet, but this place exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Amazing views, perfect pool, and immaculately cleaned. It’s a little off the beaten path but very easy to get to. Only ten minutes to red hook for dining options and ten minutes to beautiful sapphire beach. Amazing stay and we’ll be back! "

"This was our first time staying in this location, but the friends we were traveling with stayed in this condo the previous year and told us it was great. We were not disappointed! Even though it is a little older, everything was clean, the views are amazing, and the location is great. You can walk down to the pool and beach, where there are free chairs to use, and there are two restaurants on site, which is extremely convenient. There is one parking spot, and I highly recommend renting a car. Justin is excellent to work with, and he responded immediately if we had a question throughout the entire process, including our stay. I highly recommend this location!"
