"The A/C didn't keep the room as cool as I would like it. The mini fridge worked well. Those particular rooms had nowhere to sit. You always had to lay on the bed. There was one desk chair in the room. The shower door would not close all the way. Room had a view of the side of another building. No balcony in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Semi quiet room.You could hear people in the hallways talking. Overall good experience. "

"We enjoyed our stay there but we reported that the knob to control the refrigerator was broken and that there was a little mold in the corner of the shower. We actually told the housekeeper first, then a young woman at the front desk and then we spoke to Jerry who said he would have it taken care and no one ever came. Also we had to keep getting out room keys reprogrammed which was a little inconvenient especially after coming in from being out all day and you to to your room and can’t get in"
