I checked in at a late hour due to flight delays. The attendant was very rude and even threatened to cancel my reservation because I didn’t agree with him. He then became very irate, called his supervisor and gave her a one sided story. I then spoke with her, and advised her of what was going on and she resolved it immediately advising him to move forward with the reservation. He then continued assisting other guests while I continued to wait for my keys. It wasn’t until I asked him for my room key that he finalized my reservation. The young man that he was going to proceed with even said that he had noticed that I was there a long time. The night was fine once I had my key and the daytime attendant was extremely nice. I hate that I had this experience with attendant in the early hours of the morning because I would have stayed another night as planned but one night was enough for me. I have never seen behavior like this in a customer service environment.
