You'll love the view across a leafy courtyard to the sumptuous Hôtel Le Negresco and the Palais Masséna. As for its refined decor, it will make you feel at home in no time. The flat is located on the 2nd floor with lift. Heating: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
