Cosy Studio Apartment in a Quiet Location in Nin – Ideal for Couples   
  
This comfortable and modern studio apartment is located in a well-maintained house in a quiet district of Nin, just a few minutes' walk from the historic centre. It is the perfect choice for couples who want to spend relaxing days on the Dalmatian coast and offers everything needed for a relaxed holiday.   
  
The air-conditioned studio is located on the first floor and impresses with its well-thought-out room layout. The open living and sleeping area is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a dining table, and a well-equipped kitchenette with a cooker, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. From the private balcony with seating, guests enjoy a view of the garden - ideal for a cosy breakfast or a relaxed evening.   
  
The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Bedding, towels and WiFi are included. Air conditioning, satellite TV and a communally usable washing machine provide additional comfort. This is located in the house's garage and can be used free of charge; guests must bring their own detergent.   
  
In the well-maintained garden, guests have a barbecue facility available, and there is also plenty of space to relax or play for children. A car park is directly available at the house. Pets are not permitted in this accommodation.   
  
Boat owners can use a boat mooring free of charge upon request. The landlord also offers boat trips (for an additional fee) if interested.   
  
The situation is ideal: The sea is only about 70 m away, the next sandy beach around 400 m. Shopping opportunities, restaurants, cafés and the charming town centre of Nin are easily reached on foot. The surroundings offer numerous leisure activities – from water sports, diving and cycling to excursions in the region's nature parks.   
  
Experience relaxing holiday days in Nin - one of the most beautiful places on the Dalmatian coast, known for its beaches, the salty lagoon and the historic old town. This lovingly furnished studio is the perfect starting point for carefree days by the sea.

Alles in Ordnung, sauber, klein und fein. TV keine deutschen Sender, aber nicht schlimm, wir brauchen kein TV im Urlaub. Sehr sehr schön, supi supi supi. Wir kommen wieder.
