This comfortable and modern studio apartment is located in a well-maintained house in a quiet district of Nin, just a few minutes' walk from the historic centre. It is the perfect choice for couples who want to spend relaxing days on the Dalmatian coast and offers everything needed for a relaxed holiday.



The air-conditioned studio is located on the first floor and impresses with its well-thought-out room layout. The open living and sleeping area is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a dining table, and a well-equipped kitchenette with a cooker, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. From the private balcony with seating, guests enjoy a view of the garden - ideal for a cosy breakfast or a relaxed evening.



The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Bedding, towels and WiFi are included. Air conditioning, satellite TV and a communally usable washing machine provide additional comfort. This is located in the house's garage and can be used free of charge; guests must bring their own detergent.



In the well-maintained garden, guests have a barbecue facility available, and there is also plenty of space to relax or play for children. A car park is directly available at the house. Pets are not permitted in this accommodation.

We really enjoyed our time there

The immaculate accommodation offered functional and complete facilities. The modest size was more than compensated for by a lovely little terrace. We loved the quiet location in the very pretty village. The host, gave us a very warm welcome and always extended the awning for us early in the morning, for which we were very grateful. The proximity to the wonderful Nin lagoon and the charming historic town centre of the village stood out in particular. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend the accommodation to others.

Neturint automobilio su Zadaru miestu susisiekti labai patogu atobusu. Sunkiau tik šeštadienį ir sekmadienį. Nepatiko paplūdimys. Jis smulkaus žvyro ir dulkinas. Die perfekte Unterkunft für 2 Personen

Die Unterkunft ist zwar recht klein, aber für 2 Personen absolut ausreichend. Man hat alles was man braucht und kann sogar draußen auf der Terasse frühstücken. Die Lage ist einfach super, da man zu Fuß mehrere Supermärkte, Bäcker, die Insel und die tollen Strände schnell erreicht. Nin ist wirklich wunderschön. Aber vorallem hat uns der Aufenthalt so gut gefallen, weil die Vermieter unglaublich lieb und nett sind. Bei Fragen waren sie immer zur Stelle und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub, wir würden wieder buchen! LG Laura

Sehr empfehlenswert, kommen gerne wieder.

Alles in Ordnung, sauber, klein und fein. TV keine deutschen Sender, aber nicht schlimm, wir brauchen kein TV im Urlaub. Sehr sehr schön, supi supi supi. Wir kommen wieder.
