“We started out with problems from the online check in. They said we were in #9 but in was occupied, so they set us up in #6, then the code wasn’t working to get in. After that things were good, till we left and checked out at 830 then in a couple hours later they said we didn’t check out. There systems needs some work. Great location”

“If you are not familiar with the area, when the hotel website says there is no parking, it means that you cannot even drive up to the hotel to unload your stuff. It's on a pedestrian only "street," so be prepared to haul your things from the parking garage to the hotel.

“Hotel was literally brand new and I loved how good everything smelled - new and clean. Staff was wonderful.
Only issue was towels and sheets were so new that all the fuzzies came off on us. They need to be washed a bit more but smelled clean so we’ll take it! Parking is near a dispensary so that was not too great either…..but the hotel, worth ever penny!”
