Nice all inclusive hotel. Plenty of things to do and lots of excursions in the area that are close. Make sure you check on any reservations as they can change and no notifications will be made. I scheduled a private dinner on the pier for our anniversary which never happened because the concierge forgot to schedule it for the day requested. NOT GOOD

The hotel was excellent and it deserves all five stars. I was surprised to see it sooooo clean! People worked nonstop to keep it that way. The staff members were very nice, helpful and friendly. The food was delicious!!! Even the pickiest person (like myself) would find plenty to eat. The only thing I did not like was the distance from the airport but the drivers were funny and made the trip go fast :) Some people comained for being given only 90 min a day wifi but I actually didn't mind staying away from our phones because after all, that's how a family vacation should be, anyway. People are too dependent from their phone that they forget each other and they miss out the fun so it'll be even better if there was NO wifi at all ;) :) Anyway, I would definitely book a Riu hotel again on my next trip and I would really recommend that you do, too. Enjoy your stay and don't forget to have some fun!

We arrived at the resort with a welcoming staff. The activities listed were great and there was a lot of things to do at the resort. The only thing drawback was that the resort was closing for a month and we were not notified of this after 2 days of staying. This process led us being shipped to Tower Isle, which led to being shipped to Swept Away, which neither one compared to this resort. The staff however bent over backwards to accommodate us on this incident. Just would have liked to be told sooner so that the proper arraignments could have been made.

The hotel is ideally situated with lovely views, easy walk to local shops and craft markets. The disappointment for us was unfortunately the hotel was under construction during our stay. Once all the building work is complete, this will be a great place to stay. The staff cannot do enough for you and are very friendly. The rooms are pleasant, light and airy but the balcony area is very small and quite closed in. However the views from the balcony is absolutely breath taking.
There is plenty to do on site, a variety of activities for all the family. They have a 'Teen games room' which I think is a great idea!!!
