All of the staff were awesome as were the activities, facilities, and the food. The room, however, was a massive dissapointment. We were put in a room that was not fully furnished until our last day there, missing the mini bar and such. Build quality of the room was poor. For a fresh renovation the faucets spat out at us daily (faucet points straight out and kept getting air in the lines gargling out brown water all over our clothes the first time). The rock/pebble floor in the shower is pretty but extremely uncomfortable to stand on without sandals. The glass in the shower was not sealed at the bottom and leaked onto the tile making the bathroom as slick as an ice rink. The rough bed left us sore in the morning with lots of tossing and turning. Every room we saw did have amazing views though.
Honestly, if we spent any real time in the rooms the whole trip would have sucked and I hope they fix it. Realistically, laying out on the beach/pool (especially with Anecka - one of the bartenders who is AWESOME) and all of the activities make up for it rather well.
We will very likely go back at some point, but we will bring an air matress and some caulk.

Very nice facility and sit down restaurants had excellent food. Buffet dining was better than most buffets but still a buffet. Need greater food choices between the hours of 10PM-6AM. Only complaint is that I was told "NO" to several drink requests "I just ran out of ....) during my trip (simple requests, Bloody mary?) not difficult to make as others had them. If you run out of an ingredient there were a miriad of employess to track down the ingredients. Overall trip was excellent and the vast majority of staff was extremely accomodating.
