“We were quite disappointed with the condition of the condo. The bedroom carpeting was VERY dirty with a huge stain at the door. The toilet rocked and the seat was so old the paint was worn off. The window blinds in the living room had rips in them. The refrigerator door shelves would not stay on, one was missing, one was in the cupboard and the third fell off during our stay.”

“Very nice room with everything you need. Bed was comfortable and AC worked well. Nice touches with quality soap, shampoo, lotion and make up wash cloth. Plenty of towels and trash bags. The only thing missing was tissues and we would’ve preferred a coffee maker over the Keurig. Thank you for the welcome binder of information and recommendations! The only thing that would have made it 5 star for me would be waters in the fridge. That is the thing I like most about hotels, other than that this was……

“Wonderful condo. Clean comfortable. Everything we needed. We went with our 2 adult boys on golf trip. Great location to traverse city and many other places Beds very comfy we loved it. Would definitely rent this place again !”

“Excellent location with easy late night check in process thanks to great communication with host. Quiet, upper level apartment with all the amenities we could want. The heated pool has a nice view of the beach, and the beach is pristine with plenty of beach lounge chairs to relax. There is also a nice patio with umbrella tables to enjoy the area between the pool and beach. We would absolutely stay here again!”

“Great small condo for couples. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Linens and towels were great. It is facing the road so occasionally got a little noisy with cars driving by.Close drive to Front St and downtown area. We didn’t walk on the Tart trail but it did seem like it would be a really long walk to downtown. Only recommendations would be: a few hangers in the closet to hang clothes & some extra coffee pods. Not a lot of space to put two sets of luggage but that’s just due to size of……

“The stay was great. The room had everything you’d need and then some. It was nice to have access to the pool/hot tub and the beach within the resort. The proximity to local lakes and Traverse City were a plus. Being a lower-level condo came with hearing the upstairs neighbors but the provided sound machine helped and it wasn’t too bad. Overall would stay again if in the area!”
