Villa with pool, beautiful views over Orba and its mountains

  • Located in a quiet area, this non-terraced house has a private pool with wonderful panoramic views of the town and the mountains. It has a large master bedroom, with a king-size bed and is equipped with cotton bedding and soft pillows. The second bedroom has single beds, shower / bathroom. There is air conditioning in parts of the house.
    Through the dining room, we access a terrace with exterior arches from which we can enjoy the breathtaking views of the mountains while eating or dining outdoors. There is also a sunny partially covered patio and the house is surrounded by landscaped terraces through which you can access the private pool.
    Kitchen
    Modern, well equipped kitchen with gas and electricity oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge / freezer, toaster and kettle. It has a special tap with ceramic filter to drink the water directly.
    Comfortable lounge, digital TV, DVD player, satellite receiver, radioCD, DVD and CD discs, many books, games for children are offered, through which we access through its large doors to the arched terrace, perfect for outdoor dining Free and enjoy the panoramic views of the mountains. Cozy holiday home

Perfect for a relaxing holiday. The small town was nice and quiet. The house has lots of space (inside and out) and privacy. So great to have a pool for yourself. Jose is a deescrit host, but you can always ask him if you have questions, maybe he wont response right away to a text or mail, but if you call him he always answers :) We had a pleasant stay, thank you Jose. Will definitely come again sometime.

Lovely villa, in wonderful relaxing location

We had a wonderful two weeks family holiday in Orba. We arrived very late on our first night due to flight delays but Jose, the Villa manager, left all exterior lights on to make it easier to gain access. The Villa itself was very clean and well looked after and the kitchen was very well stocked with plates, pots pans etc. The air con in the main bedroom and the fans were a god send in the evening, as temperatures didn’t dip much below 26 degrees. The true beauty of this villa lie in its location on the side of a mountain, with panoramic views of Orba below and it’s fantastic pool. Orba is quite a sleepy little town (except during the fiesta!) but has numerous bars and restaurants whose food is both excellent and reasonably priced. Have to put a plug in here for the Awraba Restaurant in Orba. Fantastic value set menu and lovely surroundings in rear walled gardens. Would suggest you book! There are numerous towns and beaches within 40 mins drive and would recommend a visit to Denia, Altea and Moraira. Beach wise definitely try El Portet next to Moraira. Not too crowded and it’s great for young kids, as the bay is very protected and the beach slopes very gently into the sea. All in all my family voted this to be one of our best holidays yet, in terms of villa and location. We would definitely recommend it to others looking for a peaceful summer retreat and will hopefully return one day ourselves. Finally one last mention should go to Jose, who helped in any way he could during our stay and who is a very courteous and discreet host. Jose, gracias por unas vacaciones maravillosas y nos vemos pronto. Hayden

Fantástico sitio de descanso.

El estado de la villa es impecable, muy cuidada y con muchos detalles. Tal vez por fotos nos imaginabamos la vivienda bastante más grande, pero es suficiente. Bonita piscina, y muy aprovechable por las horas de sol. El gestor de la propiedad fantástico, comunicación total y muy atento. Altamente recomendable.

La maison fonctionnel, propre, confortable, joliment décoré, vue exceptionnelle sur les montagnes, la vue est extraordinaire. Elle est très bien située pour les visites. Très grande gentillesse et grande disponibilité du propriétaire. Une location que je recommanderai certainement à des amis et que je reprendrai avec plaisir dans l'avenir. Nous attribuons la meilleure note.
