"Besides the construction (which honestly it was bad at all) it was absolutely amazing!! The staff were so helpful- Elena, Christina, Paige, Michael and Cesar were fantastic! I cannot wait to stay there again! Expedia should be telling guests about the construction as they failed to mention it. Overall it was a wonderful vacation!"

"The room was as it appeared online. It was clean, spacious and well furnished for 2 people. The beds and bedding were exceptionally comfortable. The shower was hot both days. The issues to note are that the room is advertised as being wheelchair accessible and there is no elevator. It is stair access only and on the third floor. There was no water in the Keurig machine to make coffee. And there were no parking spots available in the lot. We parked on the street in front of the building which was ok because it's not a busy street, but that should be communicated to travelers. The freezer in the mini fridge was frosted over and the fridge was cool but not cold. We didn't use the pool or have breakfast on site."

"The property was very clean, I really loved the crabbing dock out back, the pool and hot tub was great for the kids we had with us. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be better cleaning in the rooms. The hardwood floors seemed to not have been mopped. The bottoms of my kids feet were black pretty quickly. I just had them wear their sandals inside so it wasn’t terrible. Beds were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean, shower water pressure was great. No sign of bugs/pests. We will be booking here again in the future!"

"Best hotel in Seaside! Been coming here for 5 years numerous times per year and have never had an issue. Staff is kind and attentive, breakfast is consistently good and family friendly, hotel is spotless and updated, location is fantastic, pricing is great."

"The location is fantastic! Every room is ocean view. The rooms aren't terrible, maybe a little outdated, but very comfortable and clean. We had a problem with a slow draining shower, but they took care of it. The room comes with a fridge and microwave. Don't go the restaurant attached to the hotel for breakfast. The food would have been fine and the waitress was friendly, but they were really slow in taking our order and getting the food out and they were not very busy. If we didn't ask for a later check out, we would not have been able to check out in time. There are probably better places in town for breakfast."
