Multiple issues
I booked this property with high hopes , and was extremely let down ! First night , my son found a toe nail in his bed . Our next issue was the coffee table , not sure exactly what the crew used , but it had a thick brown polish covering the table that stained my grandsons shorts , we wiped that clean after , we also paid extra to have a heated pool , ( it was luke warm at best ) we did use it , but we shivered the entire time . We had other family members in a house close by and their pool was like bath water , so we knew ours was not heated properly. Donāt plan on getting a hot shower , there were 7 of us , and we needed to plan out shower schedules if we wanted hot water . My one shower I felt like I was camping because I turned the water off when I was lathering up , hoping to save hot water . I was unsuccessful!!!! Next issue was our washing machine . On our last day we were hoping to wash clothes to not go home with dirty laundry ( which is a big reason I rent properties with a washer and dryer) well we left , to come back to the floor flooded with water , used every towel in the house and started mopping up the massive amounts of water that poured out from the machine . Talk about a mess and nightmare when your on vacation! Needless to say we messaged the property manager regarding it , not sure if it was ever fixed because I was too scared to turn it on again and took home dirty laundry š. Location was great and check in was easy . But I would not recommend .
