不满意：清洁度、员工和服务、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
Breakfast was good . Unfortunately we went through our first full day without hot water . This was really unacceptable. When staff contacted, we were told it is because of the amount of occupancy. I am sorrry but I have never stayed in any hotel or motel that did not have efficient amount of hot water for its possible max occupancy. And this was not a full occupancy timeframe. Room did not feel clean . Carpet does not look like it was cleaned in a long time . The bed : another issue. One side sagged , so you felt like you woul d fall out of the bed , and the other side was higher. If you are looking for a cheaper stay for a night and not bothered about these things , go ahead and stay here . Otherwise would look elsewhere …
