“It was the second time that we stayed in this hotel. It was very spacious for the price and service standard in central Tokyo. Close to several metro lines and a JR station.
The only two complaints include the curtain which was not a blackout curtain. Being very sensitive to light, I had to put my eye mask on at sleep but still woken up by light from the window every morning.
Second thing is I wish they could provide amenities like shampoo, shower gel and conditioner in regular size instead……

“The staffs are excellent and extremely helpful.
When I checked-in the room, I found it was dark and I didn’t like it . It was certainly not their fault, just I booked the wrong room. However, they were very willing to change me to another room.
I was so impressed.”

“Really loved my stay there! The bed was so comfortable and the room was spacious. And the record player added a touch of charm. The only little complaint i have is about the two lounge chairs, both were not comfortable to chill on. (And one was uneven so rattled when sat on) They looked pretty in photos tho so it wasn’t too big a deal.
Oh we loved the robes too! I was hoping they would be for purchase at the gift shop but unfortunately no. ”
