"The Business Inn is great value for your dollar. It is an older hotel, so if you are looking for modern facility with 5 star service, this is not the hotel for you. Staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful. The Laundry facility was a unexpected bonus. The location was a short walk to most of the major attractions. Would stay again."

"So, first off I would like to say that the staff is incredible and very attentive when you can get to them. They are very knowledgeable about the hotel as well as the surrounding area. That being said, there is a lack of staff it seems in this hotel to keep up with all the guests. Here are some examples: 1. Not enough valet, each time we were coming or going from the hotel, there were always a long line of cars waiting to get in our out. I know this is an old hotel, but the fact that I had to wait for 30 minutes to give my car to valet is concerning. This was not just a one time thing. The lack of parking was another, when I arrived I was informed that there was no space for my car so I had to park across the street in the performing arts centre. Granted, it was cheaper by ALOT, but still, it’s a 7 minute walk back. If someone has mobility issues or the like, this would NOT be excusable. 2. Trying to get someone on the phone is next to impossible based on how many people are coming in or checking out. I had to go down and wait for a person to talk to me. 3. They should stagger check in and out times more so that way there is less pressure on the front of house. There is also another check in for gold members on the 4th floor that they should utilize for regular guests if the front desk is overwhelmed. Other than that, the whole place is beautiful, the staff who is there are exceptional and the high tea was AMAZING. The drinks are fantastic and quality of stay was good."
