"I could talk about the convenience of the location, having a good restaurant and bar in the hotel, and views from our room. But what I noticed most (and my husband agrees) is the warm and professional staff—from reception, to restaurant staff, to every housekeeping person we interacted with. This hotel is clearly well managed and staff are hired and/or trained for genuine hospitality. I highly recommend the Chicago Michigan Avenue Omni to others."
