“The pictures on Expedia was totally different than in person. The pool wasn't open, there was a cover on it and there was trash and filth on pool cover and in pool area. “We booked a room a few weeks in advance of our stay, drive 2 hours from home to be told they canceled our reservation, without notifying us, because they overbooked themselves!!
