“I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.”

“The hotel was clean and safe. The location was good and the free shuttle to St Armand’s was a nice bonus! However, there were a few issues - the room we had was in the Escalera tower and had an outdoor entrance and there was always a huge puddle in front of our door. Our door lock was very particular and we got locked out several times, the poolside amenities were not great - there was a volleyball court with no volleyball so we couldn’t use it. The front desk staff was easily confused and not……
