“The breakfast could be better , but it was ok!”

“I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.”

“My experience at this hotel was mixed. I want to recognize that the staff was very friendly and attentive, and the breakfast met my expectations. However, I had a serious issue with cleanliness or pest control. One night, I woke up with multiple bites on my torso and back. After checking out, I had a virtual medical consultation, and the doctor prescribed a cream to treat the bites. The breakfast staff were super sweet. The pools location next to the restaurant was great so you could listen to the live bands while swimming. The pool water was cloudy though.
