This captivating 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom abode accommodates up to 8 guests Located under an hour from Perth nestled along the beautiful coastline is this property with views of the Indian Ocean. Simple, relaxed vibes with everything you need! Upstairs with views of the ocean is the open plan area. The kitchen has a fridge, Nescafe Dolce Gusto Piccolo XS coffee pod machine, 5 burner gas stovetop, oven, fridge and double sink with filtered water tap. The living room has a TV, large comfortable leather lounge suite, arm chair, floor rug and coffee tables. The dining area has a large table with wooden chairs to seat 8 people. Glass sliding doors lead out onto the large veranda with chairs and small tables, perfect for sunset drinks and morning coffees overlooking the olive trees onto the huge park and ocean views. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, bedside table with lamp and wardrobe. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, bedside table with lamp and wardrobe. The third bedroom has a Queen bed, bedside table with lamp and wardrobe. The fourth bedroom downstairs has 2 single beds, bedside table with lamp and wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, separate bath, toilet and single sink vanity. Complimentary starter pack of guest amenities supplied. Downstairs is an additional TV room with 2 couches and a leather reclining chair, coffee table and TV. The laundry has an Electrolux front loader washing machine, sink and additional shower and toilet. The enclosed backyard has a clothesline, pomegranate and olive trees. Driveway parking within the enclosed front yard is provided. Aside from the large playground and access to the beach directly across the road, you can walk along the beach boardwalk, its just 6 minutes to the fantastic Golden Bay's Shipwreck Cove and 450m walk down the alleyway to Bru’s House café for brunch, 10 minutes to Peel Estate Winery. Located between the Mandurah & Rockingham there’s plenty of restaurants, shopping precincts, transport, wineries, top-tier golf courses and white sandy beaches.
