Noisy guest above us.
"I was placed on the 4th floor and we finally left the hotel at midnight because the guest above us on the 5th floor would not stop pacing. The ceiling creaks and noise made it impossible to sleep. Tried to call guest services but no one answered. This is our favorite hotel but next time I will be on the 5th floor and willing to give the hotel one more try. Really disappointed I lost $174 for the room. Don’t get free time but once a month to enjoy couple time. "
