The only problem was a stale smell in the air so whenever it was cool air outside we opened the windows and patio door to let in some fresh air. Communicating with Amy was very good. She always responded as soon as she could and she was nice to talk to. We had a few problems. 1 no TV but Amy had that fixed in short order. When our daughter went to put a wash cloth on the towel rack above the toilet it fell off the wall. It looked like it was not the first time that had happened. Our son who lives near by was able to fix it so she could use it. He is a handyman in the area and knew exactly what to do. Than we had a nob on one of the drawers that fell off. We tried fixing it but it was hard because it needs a longer screw and it was stripped. Other wise the stay was excellent. The property was exactly as described and more. I loved coming from freezing temperatures in Michigan & being able to stay in a condo with access to a jacuzzi and BBQ Chicken. The rooms were spacious. The kitchen was very nice and well equipped. I don't think we could have found a more ideal place to stay.
