Long Weekend Stay

Our family was in town over a long weekend for my daughters softball tournaments. Upon arrival it was clear that the house was very clean and very well taken care of. You can tell that the owners want their guests to feel welcome and at home with the little touches such as towels on each of the beds and the amenities in the bathrooms. The backyard was a great space and also very clean. I wish that we would have had more time to enjoy it. Check in and check out were easy. This is probably one of the nicest places we have stayed and and I would highly recommend this as a place to stay for families. If we are every back in town, we will definitely be reaching back out.

Perfect Getaway

This is just the perfect getaway. The neighborhood is charming and safe, it is close to just about anything you would want to do, and the home is impeccable. It was clean, cozy, and the backyard was amazing. Will definitely stay again and again.

Just what we needed!

The home was beautiful & very clean. I wish there was a small bench or piece of furniture to set our luggage on in the bedrooms. Also a few floaters would have been great for the wonderful pool.

Comfy place to stay

We enjoyed this home. Very easy check in process. Very clean and pictures on line were accurate. Beds were very comfortable. We ate out for all meals but it looked like you would have what you need for simple meals. We had a couple of communications with the property managers. They were responsive within an 8 hour time frame. We did not need fast action so no issue. We were disappointed the pool waterfall could not be easily turned on/off just for outside atmosphere. Very close to GREAT walking and biking trails and shopping. Overall would recommend.

Desert Vista

This is a lovely large house on the edge of the desert close to many biking and hiking trails. The Verde River is a short drive away with fishing and picnic spots. There is a great Seafood and Sushi Restaurant a half mile away, as well as many other great Scottsdale restaurants within 20 minute drive.

Stay in Scottsdale

We really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful home! The backyard was very quiet and peaceful. The only thing we would mention for others to know is that the pool temperature was much too cold to swim! Heating it would have cost us an additional $600. So we enjoyed sitting outside poolside playing the little mini golf set instead. Beautifully decorated home located in a very convenient location. Also close to camelback mountain.

Overall very nice, but issues

Overall, this property is very nice. The house seems to be recently updated and it is in a convenient location to restaurants, grocery stores, Old Town, the interstate, etc. The kitchen had some conveniences but it wasn't the most stocked rental we've been in. We had to run the dishwasher several times to have enough glasses. There weren't any "extras" - kitchen towels, games or a deck of cards, or yard games would have been nice. Our main issue with this rental was the pool and the lack of communication from the property management company. We arrived on a Sunday and could tell walking into the backyard that the pool wasn't working and hadn't been running for some time. It was green along the walls and filled with debris. I called Vacasa and after waiting on hold for 20 minutes, they informed me the local property manager would be contacted, they would call me, and the issue would be resolved. After 24 hours and no response, I spent the next 24 hours texting with them and Vacasa claiming they were waiting for the local property manager to respond. Finally, Tuesday afternoon, I was able to get a actual response from Vacasa and found out the homeowner knew the pool pump was broken but hadn't done anything about it. On Wednesday morning, the local property manager called and said the pool service would be out that day to look at it and it would be replaced on Thursday. We never saw or heard from anyone the rest of the time we were there. We left Saturday morning and the pool pump hadn't been replaced and the pool had not been cleaned. We were extremely in the response from Vacasa and the fact we weren't told before we arrived that the pool wasn't working. The pool was the main reason we chose this rental. If the pool was in working order, I would have give this rental more stars.

Fantastic stay for friends!

Beautiful well decorated interior with gorgeous sun filled out door space with pool. Primary bedroom and bathroom were beyond belief- huge shower and bed was like a cloud! Effortless check in and checkout process. Incredible clean space.
