There was grease next to the main bed. I also would have liked to know the cost for heating the pool ahead of time (like on the initial booking. it was roughly an additional 15% of the total cost to heat the pool. I am glad we had a warm pool but I feel like it would have been better if it was disclosed.The beeping noise for the back doors is god awful. That’s out of the owners control but would make me never want to stay there, nor would a recommend a family stay there as it limits your ability to go in and out of the house.We used the grill once and there was a dead rat next to it. The game room basket balls were deflated, we were told we would get skee balls for one of the games but never received them. Out side of the location, I wouldn’t recommend this placeThe property managers were great to communicate with. The indoor/outdoor nature of the living room was awesome, the pool and hot tub were in great shape as well as the ping pong table and pool table. Folks could be in the pool and still feel included with people inside, all around was a great time. Only thing to note was the description said it had 8 total bunk beds but really it had two triple bunks and two doubles, it ended up working for us but that was the only difference. We did need some help from the property owner after hours one night and they called back in minutes which was great. Clean, easy and very well maintained. It was an easy walk into Old Town and a great fit for our group. Nice and clean, plenty of beds, has everything you need for a big group (speakers, games, TV). Walkable to Old Town. Most of the local golf cart drivers will drive here for about $25 from Old Town bars/restaurants too.
