"We rented this property to house our employees and paid the agreed rental amount, which included cleaning. After the stay, the owner sent us photos of ordinary conditions that, in our opinion, did not violate the rental agreement and attempted to treat them as violations. We asked the owner to identify the specific provision of the agreement that had allegedly been breached. Based on this experience, we would not rent this property again."

"Excellent location and space!"

"Such a cute and quiet property! Comfortable space and beds in a very convenient area of Tacoma! Our dog (and the humans) was very comfortable throughout our stay!"

"Nice and quiet place in a wonderful location nearby the water, restaurants and downtown. Thanks!"

"Great location, good restaurants nearby. Thank you Travis. "

"Was a perfect place to stay, had everything we needed. The location was in a good part of town. Host was easy to communicate with also. Will stay here again when we come back up next time"

"We enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable and the location to the waterfront, Ruston and Point Defiance was great."

"Great option over the local hotels "

"Very clean, quiet area, great view overall very happy with the condo. "

"Had a nice time. Met the owner and he explained parking process. The kitchen was large and had plenty of dishes etc. Providing an apron would have been nice. Being located above and beside a couple of downtown bars wasn’t too bad. The noise level calmed down after midnight. The revving of cars was loud. I embarrassed it as an experience. "
