The cabin was nice but dusty. the WIFI did not work, Air condition did not cool, it was a good location, heard lots of noisy from the cabin next door until about 1:00 am made it hard to sleep.

Cabin was perfect!

Cabin was just as advertised! Magnificent view. Hot tub was wonderful. We will definitely put this on our favorites in places to stay. It was quiet at night. Close enough to be minutes from town.

Great view!

Everything was great other then the dirty windows which was a distraction from the view. And the hotub in the public pool area was cold. The view was amazing and the cabin was very nice!

Weekend Stay

Cute and quaint cabin with a good view! We enjoyed the location because it was near everything and not too far out. One complaint we had was that it was very stuffy inside even with the air running. The thermostat suggested changing the filter. Fair warning:The freezer will not freeze what you put in there. Luckily, we did not have any food to store in there during our stay but the ice tray in there held water the whole time without freezing.

Just what we needed

The cabin was perfect in size and amenities for our trip. We spent most of our day away from the cabin, but the time we did spend in the cabin was great. The hot tub and pool table gave the boys plenty to do before bed. We were visited by raccoons on the back deck at night. The view from the back deck was gorgeous and a delight to view late evenings my and early morning hours! The cabin is a short drive to town. Well worth the cost to stay and we will definitely stay again in the summer/winter time.

Loved this cabin it was amazing. Wish I could have stayed longer. The dish washer didn’t work they let us know as we were arriving but it was ok. Everything else was great.

Great Getaway with Friends

This was cabin was quite comfy and had all the necessities we needed for our stay. Hot tub was enjoyable and relaxing. The cabin was very clean when we arrived. Great communication with the host and property manager. Easy access to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We had a great time!

Nice cabin but a little disappointing

The cabin was nice but I would expect a little more for the money. The upstairs fireplace didn't work and the downstairs fireplace worked intermittently. I tried to text the phone number provided to have the situation fixed but only received text messages in the middle of the night when I was asleep. By the next day I had gave up on trying to figure out how to make the fireplaces work as my family and I were ready to explore the area. For dinner we bought steaks to cook on the grill at the cabin from the local grocery store. The grill worked well but there were only two steak knives, so we had to pass steak knives around the table in order to eat. The upstairs shower had zero water pressure. I could have taken a better shower with a squirt gun. Overall, I would say that there was too much time wasted trying to figure out how to get the fireplaces and the tv's working. This was extremely frustrating after driving ten hours to get there. It would also be great to have enough silverware for a cabin that sleeps six. Lastly, upon arrival we discovered an empty food container in one of the kitchen cabinets. The cleanliness of the cabin was not what I would expect, and the photos online make the cabin look secluded. This cabin is in a neighborhood of cabins that are very close together. I feel that I paid way too much money for a medio cure experience. I recommend skipping the cabin in the mountains and go to Clearwater or Key West.

Trees blocking the view

I loved the house - it was so nice! However, the mountain views are very different from what is pictured online - the photos must be at least 10 years old? I specifically chose this property because of the view but the trees have grown tall and are blocking half of the mountains. The house is convenient to Dollywood, The Mill and other main attractions, but unfortunately, that also means it's too close to the main strip. Race cars were revving their engines all night...not what you expect in a mountain home retreat. This may not always be the case, and is certainly out of the control of the owners, but i rented this cabin (and not a hotel room) to enjoy some peace & quiet. I assumed it would be a little more remote. Overall, great house close to the action.
