VP21 Set in pretty mallorcan countryside, this stone-clad bungalow property offers peace, privacy and a very high standard of accommodation. A short driveway leads to the house with side entrance under a covered terrace into a spacious and comfortably furnished lounge/dining room. This lovely room has a fireplace, beamed vaulted ceilings, TV, DVD player and patio doors onto the anterior pool terrace. The fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, breakfast area and pantry. Separate laundry room with washing machine. From one end of the dining room is the air conditioned pretty master double bedroom with attractive en suite bathroom. A hallway leads from the dining area to a pretty twin bedroom with bathroom and a second twin bedroom with an adjacent full family bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The pool has steps into a shallow end for children and is set amongst spacious sun terraces and lawned gardens to the rear of the property. There is an outside shower by the pool and a childrens play area with swing. An attractive covered terrace offers plenty of shade and is a lovely spot for dining alfresco. Vine covered pérgola and a barbecue complete the outside area furnished for living, relaxing and dining in comfort.
