### SORT LLARGA :) Villa in Pollensa for 6 people

Sort Llarga is a charming rural estate with capacity for 6 people, located just 2 km from the picturesque town of Pollença, one of the most emblematic destinations in the north of Mallorca.   
  
Surrounded by native nature and lush trees, this estate offers a tranquil and well-maintained environment, ideal for disconnecting. Its round swimming pool, perfect for cooling off during the warmest days of summer, is one of its main attractions.   
  
The main facade of the house is framed by a wide terrace with a porch, where we find a long wooden table, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals with family or friends. It also has a cosy outdoor lounge, ideal for relaxing, and a barbecue area fully equipped with a built-in grill and fireplace, ready to prepare delicious outdoor dinners.   
  
The interior, decorated in a traditional Mallorcan style, stands out for its exposed beam ceilings and the predominant use of wood, which adds warmth and character. The living-dining room has heating, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi, creating a comfortable and familiar atmosphere.   
  
The independent kitchen, also in a rustic style, is equipped with a gas cooker, dishwasher and washing machine.   
  
The rest area consists of three cosy bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with single beds. All of them are equipped with air conditioning and heating to ensure maximum comfort in any season of the year.   
  
The house has an interior bathroom with a bathtub and two washbasins, as well as a practical outdoor bathroom with a shower, ideal after a day at the pool or in the garden.   
  
In summary, Sort Llarga is a charming estate, designed for those who wish to enjoy peaceful holidays with family or friends, in the heart of nature and just a step away from everything that the charming town of Pollença offers.

 All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.

#### wunderschöne rustikale Finca - gerne wieder!

Schöne, rustikale Unterkunft mit großer, überdachter Terrasse, die auch bei schlechterem Wetter perfekten Außenaufenthalt ermöglicht, insbesondere in Kombination mit der Außenküche. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

#### A very well presented Finca with lovely gardens

Sort LLarga is a lovely property in the countryside on the edge of Pollenca. This well looked after house is quite traditional with 3 double bedrooms, a modern large bathroom and another shower and toilet being accessed from the outside of the house. A wide shady verandah surrounds the house and leads to a large outside kitchen with bbq. The garden and pool are a real treat and again very well maintained. A walk to town will take about 15 to twenty minutes so a car would be required. We had a very relaxing and quiet week here.
