Had to haggle with the beach chair/umbrella guy as the hotel paper given to us said room includes beach chairs and umbrella. Beach guy said umbrella is an extra charge. Later spoke to the hotel and they said its paper is no longer correct and you no longer get an umbrella. Pool area was not pleasing. Would try other places not time. "
