"The valet parking is not optional and costs $30/day. The valet staff was friendly and prompt, check-in was smooth and easy, breakfast was good, and the in-room coffee was the best I've ever had. Overall, great little hotel, would have rather not been surprised by the valet parking situation."

"*cockroach alert* I wish I could write a good review; I was excited… on Hotels.com it had a 9* recommendation rating. The rooms were poor quality - kept tripping over the rug, the fan was loud and struggling, the bathroom vanity was dirty, especially near the toilet, floors covered with sand. As soon as I found the roach in the vanity (it was dead btw), I quickly packed up our things as we had to be out by 11am. I spoke to the mgr. Karol and she was very matter or fact with zero compassion. It was perplexing- I have a background in hospitality and I was stunned - the front desk staff, and restaurant staff were nicer. She ended up waiving the resort fee and hotels.com credited $50. It was “fair”, but Karol could have appeared to have cared - this hotel is 2*, I would never stay there again, and I hate to say it, hard pass. Avoid."

"The hotel looks nothing like the website the beautiful palm tree with the lights and everything doesn’t look like that. It looks more like a motel than a hotel. The pool is smaller than what it looks like on the website. The staff was wonderful. You have to do a reservation for maintenance to give you towels or clean your room. It’s by Appt."

"(All in my opinion). Upon arrival we were given a king bed when I reserved a room for two beds. Had to go back to switch to the correct room and come to find out the shower didn’t work and no hot water to boot. Had to go back to the desk and get the first room again. Of course, the hot water was a hotel issue but the next morning the counter person said it was a city issue too. Don’t think the city supplies hot water, just the water. Also reserved this room thru Expedia which said all taxes and fees included. However, the hotel charges $15 a night for parking. Someone needs to get it straight. One thing if I know about parking fees up front, but being told on site is another. Also the carpets had a lot of stains. Would I go back? Definitely not. I don’t recommend their services! Thank you!"

"The Front Desk Staff was simply AMAZING, KUDOS, the Housekeeping Staff was definitely on Top of any and ALL Issues... If I was a Hotel Owner, I definitely would hide the entire Staff including Housekeeping. I can't express how much I would stay here... If you come to Fort Lauderdale and do not stay here, your lost .. To the Desk Staff and Housekeeping... I'LL STAY HERE WHEN IM HERE ON THE ATLANTIC COAST.... TOM M. #114"
