I have been staying at Quality Inn at this location for many many years and it's always been very nice. But, this time I've noticed the place was neglected in many areas. Our room had muffin crumbs and sink area still had hair all over. King bed room only two towels. Bed sheets were coming off and bed would bang on the wall every time you toss and turned while sleeping. I really hope these were isolated issues because I like to stay there again and looking forward to have these issues solved.

Clean, had frizer in fridge, very friendly staff, had convenient back door close to my room, I was there to go to Mt hood, if your going there once then it’s great location on the way. But I went there twice which means that I had to drive back and forth. It is very far to drive back and forth. Maybe stay at closer location in that case.

Very noisy, people above us didn't stop stomping around all night long. I had requested a top floor room but that was not honored. Also the breakfast was pathetic. No options for gluten free so all I had was watered down orange juice. Only protein was boiled eggs ( I don't eat eggs) and the one my husband had was bad. The only bright spot in our stay was the sweet breakfast attendant. We will definitely not ever stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok, but not a lot of selection. The beds were comfortable. The carpets really needed cleaning, but everything else was clean. I liked that the fridge had a small icebox and was a bit larger than your typical hotel mini fridge.

The carpet in the hallways needs to be replaced. It looks like there’s a long cord or something running all down the halls under the carpet. The mini fridge in the room was not holding the correct temperature so we could only use it for drinks. The microwave took 5 minutes to cook a normal bag of popcorn. One of the outlets by the sink only worked some of the time. The bathroom light took a long time to turn on and flickered when it was on. Beds are ehh. Breakfast is normal for a hotel—waffle makers, cereal, boiled eggs, fruit, coffee, muffins and juice. The pool was warm and clean. Good for only being there to sleep and spend our short morning.
