The gentleman who helped us was also very nice. But. But it was definitely in a very depressed area that was quite a walk from the main part of town. And the immediate area was odd, many homes and storefronts boarded up, abandoned, etc. maybe it’s coming back? Not sure, but it’s not there yet. The room is very noisy - close neighbors and thin walls, yes, but mostly it’s the pigeons, seagulls and street noise. And we were on the 3rd floor. I think the advertising on this property is misleading. It’s not a bad place, and maybe for the price, that’s what you get, but I would have liked a bit more honest info prior to booking.
