"The apartment is just off of Belt Line Road near Addison. This puts it close to innumerable restaurants. It's in a residential area so overall pretty quiet. WiFi was fast, and the neighborhood felt safe. Has a wash/dryer in the apartment. The apartment has a good layout. It's a 2nd floor apartment. The owner responds very quickly to messages. Overall a good rental. One star off due to living room furniture being a little small and uncomfortable and the kitchen not having any...

"Sure beat a hotel room! Gives you the "at home" feeling. Property manager answered all messages in a timely manner. Only issue we had was the ceiling fan stopped working. The remote batteries were drained. Property manage was attending a Graduation, but found time to drop off the batteries. He did not disturb us - rang the bell and left them in the door. He messaged us and told us where the batteries were located. Only repairs that I saw that need attention are: 1) Bath tub faucets need...

"Convenient location for us in uptown section of Dallas. Just as it appeared online. Appreciated the coffee provided the first morning! No drawers available for clothes, so have to live out of suitcases- a few hangers in the closets. Two suitcase racks provided. Nice little patio out back. Dryer did not get hot. Very walkable neighborhood with restaurants and Whole foods nearby."
