“This place was bot nice. We were supposed to stay 4 nights. Most expensive VRBO in Mayfair, so expected a real treat for the family. Location as advertised but the place was absolutely, horrifically, disgusting. Mold everywhere. Flood stained walls. They did not disclose that the lobby was under construction. No A/C in main area (2nd floor) and smelled like chlorine in bottom / basement (where all the bedrooms are). Disgusting sheets, hole in door in master directly to a “pool” that you……

“My kids (ages 12 and 14) and I had a wonderful stay! We were close to most things and could walk to most places. Great coffee shop around the corner Kaffeine and across the street Watch House. We went to watch house for lunch (great food and great service) when we arrived bc our flight got into Heathrow around 9 am and the flat was not quite ready (we were able to drop off our luggage so we could move around much easier)! “The property owners were great to work with. The pictures in the posting made the space seem much larger than it actually is. It was quite a tight space and there wasn't a great spot to dry our clothes. It was great that the apartment was right next to the underground but I didn't enjoy the surrounding area as much as I hoped. Next time we will stay in a more family friendly area like Covenant Garden ”

“Let me first start by saying that the communication with the owner was fantastic. They responded to our needs very quickly, which was appreciated.The apartment is rundown. We understand that these are old buildings in central London, however, the furnishings were all broken, dirty, and needed to be replaced. It looks like the bathroom had been remodeled somewhat recently. The drain clogged in the shower, but they were quick to repair that.The space is OK. There are two twins or a king bed in one……

“Great location - right in the heart of all the parts of London we like to visit! Nice fully equipped kitchen, as well. Seamless check-in process. Unfortunate to find several broken furnishings, a non-working front door key fob, unappealing patio furniture and beds that were not King-sized (according to US standards). That said, the property managers were very helpful in attending to our needs and addressing things, hopefully for the next guests.”

“Basically within 10 minutes OR LESS of everything. But, you have to be fit. Those 70 stairs are a hike. We workout daily and I felt it!! You must be capable of that. It’s tight and no balcony but it’s not noisy at all. It’s opposite the Gielgud theatre. Right by Chinatown. Overall I would say this is exactly as advertised and it’s perfect if you want the London”scene”. Piccadilly Circus tube is a 2 min walk!! ”
