“The rooms were falsely advertised as updated with modern decor and amenities in the room but upon seeing the room I was taken aback by how egregiously outdated and dirty the room was. The pictures posted online did not accurately reflect the state of the room’s condition. It is advertised as a “hotel” when it clearly should be a “motel”. The bathroom was dirty and we could not bear to even use the shower. There is a parking fee which I have never heard of. Why should paying guests be charged to……

“No service except one room. There is no drinking water in the room, no hair dryer, and the air conditioner is very loud. There is no official reception in the hotel, only a small window like a prison visitation for you to check in and check out. It feels very unsafe. When I went to a nearby restaurant to order food, the boss told me to be careful when I went out, it was not safe here. I will never go there again.”

“The hotel employees are very friendly and efficient. The perfect facilities of the hotel made the staying comfortable. The spa pool is my most favorite. There is a Vons across the street with some little restaurants around. I’ve recommended the hotel to my friends.”

“A lovely place to stay. Beautiful, comfortable room, charming breakfast set in an opulent space or sit and relax or read in the courtyard. The property offers a wonderful peaceful retreat close to the hubbub of Hollywood Walk of Fame. A most convenient location for Hollywood Bowl events, a 15 minute walk away, and walking is the best option since that venue gets swamped with traffic. A great value for a distinctive hotel. Everyone on the staff was most kind and helpful. Highly recommended!”
