“Check in was slow. On game days they really need more people for checking in! There needs to be a better system for purchasing the snacks behind the desk. Waiting in line with the same people checking in at the desk isn’t efficient. The coffee machine in the pictures was not even present so that was misleading to a coffee drinker looking forward to some good coffee in the morning. The ladies cleaning tables at breakfast was very kind and cheerful in the morning in a very busy breakfast area. The……

“We have been pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort of this hotel. The room has quality mattresses, upscale pillows, bedding, and towels, and looks modern with newer furnishings and carpet. Everything has been remarkably clean and pleasant. I can highly recommend staying here, and we would be happy to come back again.”

“Worst discrimination and customer service I’ve ever experienced especially at a Hampton by Hilton. Bed has stains all over, bathroom was still dirty, and everyone that worked there seemed miserable and had the wrist unprofessional. Jasmine at the front desk made our experience horrible at the first step into that place. Managers don’t care and will talk about you right in front of your face. Place is horrible! Spend 100’s a night in service, cleanliness, and management like this ? Yeah no……

“The rooms did not look anything like the pictures. The carpet in the room and hallways was filthy. The furniture in the room was peeling. Chairs in lobby were dirty. Front desk staff was never at desk. They hung out in a back room. At 7am a patron had a question and was banging on the back room door for about 15 minutes. No one came to help her. About 20 minutes later the worker came out stretching. Obvious he had been asleep. Will not stay there again. I have stayed in way better in Kansas City……

“The property is very hard to find and harder to get to. It is not located in the best area of town and somewhere it should tell you about how bad the location is. It was a great disappointment because I have stayed at many other sparks and Hilton properties. This was the worst. As the manager said “this is not the typical Sparks.” The staff was very helpful when there were no bath towels in our unit. The manager helped us with our luggage because my friend could barely walk. The staff should be……

“The room was fine. The air conditioner worked well but was a little loud. The bedding was very comfortable.”

“It looked pretty new and the room was big and clean. There were always snacks in the lobby area which was nice. There was a small box of Christopher Elbow chocolate in the room as a welcoming gift and we enjoyed it. ”
