The house was extremely dusty everywhere; cobwebs in rooms; dirty outside furniture; the bbq was so dirty, a grease fire literally happened when we started it (large flames and all!); there were stains on the carpet throughout; there was a used bar of soap, and used razor in the master. Even when I reached to customer service, and even sent pictures when they asked, they were unable to do anything to assist or even send me cleaning supplies when I asked (because they supplied only a sponge and dish soap). Also do not expect to cook, there are minimal kitchen utensils, and accessories (not even a can opener). I’ve stayed for years in the area, and this is was by far, my most disappointing stay.
