“We stayed in room 163. Our shower head was completely broken, & with how large & heavy it was - it can definitely pose a safety risk. There were ants in the shower & also the toilet paper holder was broken. The WiFi is a solid 0/10. It absolutely does not work no matter where you’re at in the hotel. I do not think this hotel was worth almost $700 for two nights.
The staff members were really nice & accommodating. If it were for the staff alone, we would stay here again. Due to all the other……

“Honestly everyone was so helpful and great. Sean and David were great at Sea Level. Super friendly and great service. food also were big portions
Hotel side were very attentive and informative especially when i got a flat when i got off the freeway. They helped guide me where to go and avoid.
The valet guys were super funny and friendly.
I am definitely coming back to this hotel when i have another staycation”
